Ray's story continues…

Years after the tragedy happen to them in book one. Only Ray survive, barely survived. The first few chapter storyline before Ray(Khalil) went back to SMGCT to took care of things happen there. His dead friends keep haunting students in the school. After solving the problem, Ray brought his spirit friends to live with them.

We get to learn about Gib's brother after he invests in Ray's new movie. Ray first met him at Gib funeral, and he hates Ray since he the only one who survived. Long story short, someone kidnaps Ray to take revenge. The story hinting that Deepa's brother kidnaps him, but apparently not. After the shooting incident, Deepa's brother went to jail but shorten the sentence because of his mental illness

The one that kidnaps him none other than Mika brother in law, Haikal. Mika died when shooting for Ray's movie though at that time Ray does not come to the shooting. Mika leaves his pregnant wife behind. The thing that triggered Haikal is the production company wants to settle the case. The purpose of kidnapping is for Ray to repent himself by telling Haikal all the bad things he did. Ray told all his wrongdoing after Haikal threatens to end his life. 

Verdict

A good closure. I'm satisfied with the ending but I could appreciate more if the writer could have a specific scene between Ray and his friend parting their ways. I'm not really a fan of Rahiza's storyline cause I feel like its too sudden and out of nowhere she have a son who looks like Ray. A bit weird how Haikal can know all the detail about Ray? Can he simply read from the doctor's file? But overall I enjoy reading i
